Lead Purchases: By purchasing our real estate lead service, you agree to pay for the lead package of your choice in advance.

Payment: Payment for the lead package must be made in advance of the service period. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.

Billing: We will automatically send you an invoice before your last few leads are sent to give you the opportunity to purchase more leads for your area. You will have 5 business days to opt in to purchase more leads in order to keep your area. If payment is not received with 5 business days of the invoice, then your area may be transferred to another agent at the discretion of GoBizProLeads.

You may pause your leads for no more than 10 business days at any time by providing us with written notice via email. We will resume sending your leads until the purchase plan is complete. We will not provide refunds for any leads remaining and we reserve the right to extend the completion period for providing the remaining leads.

Termination: We may terminate our partnership with or without cause at any time after your lead package had been completely delivered.

Privacy: We respect your privacy and will use your personal information only in accordance with our privacy policy.

Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that all content and materials provided through our service, including our creative media, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express written consent.

Warranty: We make no warranties or representations regarding the performance or availability of our service, and we disclaim all liability for any damages resulting from your use of our service.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is located, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement: These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
